Any person who violates any provision of this chapter will, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue will constitute a separate offense and will be punishable as such hereunder. [Ord. 13-21 § 2; Ord. 01-23 § 2.]
