A. It is unlawful for any person owning a dog to import such dog into the city if the dog has not been vaccinated with feline distemper, dog strain or mink strain parvovirus within seven (7) days of entry into the city. Proof of vaccination must be shown to carrier.

B. It is unlawful for any person to take a dog outside the city limits and return the animal without proof of vaccination of such dog with feline distemper, dog strain or mink strain parvovirus vaccine.

C. It is unlawful for any person engaged in interstate or intrastate commerce to transport any dog into the city without obtaining proof, prior to transport, that the dog has been vaccinated with feline distemper, dog strain or mink strain parvovirus vaccine within seven (7) days prior to transport.
