In a by-mail election, the election day will be the date designated by the clerk as the deadline by which a voter’s ballot must be voted, witnessed, mailed, and, if postmarked, date-stamped by the post office. For a regular election conducted by mail, election day shall be the first (1st) Tuesday of October in accordance with BMC 7.10.050. [Ord. 20-13 § 2, 2020.]
