A. “City” means the city of Bethel.

B. The city adopts by reference all definitions in 13 AAC 40.010.

C. In Chapters 10.02, 10.04 and 10.06 BMC, all references to sections and subsections of 13 AAC 02, 13 AAC 04 or 13 AAC 06 are to sections and subsections of Chapter 2, Chapter 4 or Chapter 6 of Title 13 of the Alaska Administrative Code. [Ord. 93-07 § 5.]
