A. The city adopts the bail forfeiture schedule promulgated by the Alaska Supreme Court and set forth as Administrative Rule 43.1 of the Alaska Rules of Court as the bail forfeiture and fine schedule for violations of any section or subsection of Chapter 10.02, 10.04 or 10.06 BMC.

B. For violations of sections or subsections not included in the bail forfeiture schedule as adopted by the Alaska Supreme Court, a mandatory court appearance is required. [Ord. 93-07 § 5.]
