Each applicant for water service shall sign an application form provided by the city finance office, giving the date of application, location of the premises to be served, the date applicant desires services to begin, class of service, the address for mailing bills, the size of fill required, and such other information as the finance department may reasonably require. By signing the application, the applicant agrees to abide by this chapter and all resolutions or regulations promulgated under this chapter and the applicant agrees to have placed in an approved location a number which conforms to the street numbering system of the city.
