A. Reservation of the burial site, interments, and disinterments shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, any applicable rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter, and the laws of the state of Alaska.

B. It shall be unlawful to bury any human remains within the city except within the city cemeteries designated in this chapter or in a private cemetery which meets the requirements imposed on private cemeteries by this chapter. [Ord. 13-21 § 2; Ord. 01-23 § 2.]
