The city of Bethel, in the exercise of its police power, assumes control and jurisdiction over all waters within its limits as now and hereafter constituted. In cases of concurrent jurisdiction, the provisions of this chapter shall be construed to supplement federal laws and regulations. [Ord. 17-11 § 2.]
