Common carriers will have priority use of the cargo dock. Resupply tanker barges shall have priority use of the petroleum dock during the time of discharge or taking on of fuel. However, after the fueling operation is completed, the subject vessel no longer has priority. When more than one (1) vessel is brought up the river pilot together, the first (1st) vessel arriving at the pilot bar shall have first (1st) berthing with the port cargo dock. [Ord. 17-11 § 2.]
