A. The port director may impound a vessel that is in violation of this title.

B. The port director may, pursuant to this section, impound a boat by immobilizing it or removing or having it removed from the water and placed in city or commercial storage with all expenses and risks of haul-out and storage to be borne by the owner of such vessel or property. [Ord. 17-11 § 2.]
