No person shall be permitted to place, build, construct, modify, prepare, replace or remove any tall structure or appurtenant equipment without having first obtained the appropriate permit from the city. All applicants for a permit and any modification of such must comply with the requirements set forth in this chapter. [Ord. 15-27 § 3.]
