A. Permits obtained pursuant to this chapter may not be assigned or transferred without providing prior written notice to the city, on a form acceptable to the planning director.

B. In the event a WCF provider or owner transfers ownership of a WCF to a different provider or owner, the previous and new service provider or owner shall notify the planning director no less than ten (10) calendar days from the date of transfer. The new provider or owner shall include the name, address and phone number of the person to be responsible for the WCF. [Ord. 15-27 § 3.]
