A. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be guilty of a minor offense punishable by a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day.

B. Additionally, the city may utilize any other provisions of law available to it in order to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, injunction and abatement.

C. Every day there is a violation of this chapter shall be considered a unique and separate offense.

D. In addition to other applicable penalties, failure to correct the violation of code, after reasonable notice, may result in revocation of the permit.

E. Complaints received by the city of violations of state or federal law will be forwarded to the appropriate agency for enforcement.

F. Authorized representatives of the city are allowed to inspect the site and related records at reasonable times for the purpose of monitoring compliance with all permit conditions.

G. The permittee shall assist and cooperate with authorized inspections upon reasonable notice from the city. [Ord. 15-27 § 3.]
