2.04.220 Elected official training.

The municipal officers shall administer a training program to elected officials within forty-five (45) days of the certification of the regular election. The training program topics will be:
A. Legal powers and obligations;
B. Financial responsibilities and city budgeting;
C. Land use and planning;
D. Relationship between council and staff;
