2.05.180 Conflict with collective bargaining agreement.

In the event any section or provision in this chapter conflicts with an applicable collective bargaining agreement for a public employee, the collective bargaining agreement shall control with respect to that employee. [Ord. 19-19 § 2, 2019; Ord. 13-04 § 2.]
