A person who is found guilty of a violation of any provision of this chapter, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, is subject to a fine of up to two hundred dollars ($200); provided, the person is subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500) for a violation that occurs within three (3) years of a conviction of a prior violation of any provision of this chapter.
