Every taxicab permittee shall subscribe to a dispatch service permitted pursuant to Chapter 5.50 BMC for the taxicab operated under their permit. No taxicab may be dispatched by more than one (1) dispatch service. Failure to comply with this section shall be grounds for immediate revocation of a permit or license.
