When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

A. “Public transportation vehicle” means any vehicle for which a chauffeur’s license is required under Chapter 5.40 BMC in order to operate the vehicle, and also includes any other vehicle for hire or which operates a courtesy service for transporting the public to and from the airport, or to and from hotels, motels, or bed and breakfast facilities. A public transportation vehicle does not include any motor vehicle engaged exclusively in the transport of students to and from school. [Ord. 02-30 § 3.]
