A. No public assembly may serve or allow on the premises minor children under the age of eighteen (18) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday evenings, and between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings, unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

B. Order delivery services by restaurants are exempt from this section. [Ord. 11-14 § 2.]
