9.32.050 Harassment with a laser pointer prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to focus, point or shine a laser pointer directly or indirectly at or on another person or animal in such a manner as to harass or annoy said person or animal, or to direct the laser beam from a laser pointer into the eye or eyes of another person or an animal.
