All persons shall cause rubbish and waste material containers or receptacles to be emptied and all rubbish and waste material removed from said premises and disposed of in some lawful manner, such removal and disposal to be accomplished at least once each calendar week in case of rubbish, and at least once each calendar month in case of waste material, except as provided in BMC 13.12.180.
