Every person occupying or having charge or control of any premises in the city shall, at least once in each calendar month, collect and dispose of all waste material and debris, such as discarded automobile bodies, and similar heavy or bulky objects, and all other waste not included in the meaning of waste material as defined in BMC 13.12.010, which may have accumulated on their premises; provided, that building or construction waste and debris shall be removed weekly and upon completion of construction. All such waste and debris in this section defined shall be moved to such dump grounds as may be provided or designated by the city. [Prior code § 11.08.140.]
