When base flood elevation data has not been provided (A and V zones map located in the planning office) in accordance with BMC 15.08.050(D), basis for establishing the area of the special flood hazard, the land use administrator shall obtain, review, and reasonably utilize any base flood elevation and floodway data available from a federal, state or other source, in order to administer BMC 15.08.050(F), flood hazard, and BMC 15.08.091, Specific standards.
