The grant or denial of a site plan permit may be appealed to the planning commission under the procedures in Chapter 18.70 BMC by the applicant or any person adversely affected by the improvement or use authorized under the permit. The time within which a member of the public may file an appeal of the permit issuance is the later of the time permitted under Chapter 18.70 BMC and until the close of business on the fifteenth (15th) consecutive day following the first (1st) day of the ten (10) consecutive days the permit is continuously displayed in conformance to the requirements of BMC 15.12.130. The applicant may appeal to the planning commission a determination by the land use administrator under BMC 15.12.100 that a violation has occurred, an order to correct a violation, or a suspension of a permit under BMC 15.12.110.
