The value of an employee’s accumulated annual leave shall be paid to them without undue delay along with their final paycheck following separation. There is no provision for terminal leave. The employee’s final paycheck shall be available within the prescribed state time limits. Upon termination the employee will also be asked to complete any necessary paperwork.
