3.56.020 Holiday falling on a Saturday or Sunday.

When a recognized holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be recognized as the holiday with respect to overtime computation. When a recognized holiday falls on a Sunday, the Monday following shall be recognized as the holiday. [Ord. 05-15 § 2; Ord. 202 § 3.142, 1992.]
