A. Upon receipt of a by-mail ballot, the voter shall cast their ballot in the manner specified in BMC 7.70.060, Absentee voting by mail.

B. If a by-mail ballot is cast at a vote center, the clerk shall retain it for delivery to the canvass board.

C. If a by-mail ballot is not received, or if the by-mail ballot is destroyed, spoiled or lost, the voter may be provided a replacement questioned ballot and cast their questioned ballot in person at a vote center. A voter may be provided up to three (3) replacement ballots as prescribed in BMC 7.50.080. The clerk shall retain the voted ballot for delivery to the canvass board. [Ord. 20-13 § 2, 2020.]
